qlip.me provides link management tools including URL shortening, click analytics, QR code generation, A/B link testing, custom domains, and workspace collaboration. The Service is available through free and paid subscription plans.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You must provide accurate, current information during registration. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Distribute malware, phishing links, or deceptive content
- Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages via shortened links
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
- Interfere with the operation or security of the platform
- Create links that redirect to illegal or harmful content
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or overload the Service
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid features are available through subscription plans. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file at the applicable rate.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods unless required by law.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
6. Content and Links
You retain ownership of the content you create and the links you shorten through the Service. However, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content as necessary to operate the Service.
We do not pre-screen all links but reserve the right to remove or disable any link that violates these Terms. We may also report illegal content to the appropriate authorities.
7. Analytics Data
When you create shortened links, the Service collects click analytics including timestamps, approximate geographic location, device and browser information, and referrer data. This data is provided to you through your dashboard to help you understand how your links are used.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, logos, and documentation, is owned by qlip.me and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our written permission.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request a copy of your data before deletion.
You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, we will remove your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, qlip.me shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless qlip.me and its team from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
